Victoria Falls is a breathtaking natural wonder located in southern Africa, on the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe. It is one of the largest waterfalls in the world and is considered one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. The falls were named after Queen Victoria by Scottish explorer David Livingstone, who was the first European to discover them in 1855.
The falls are formed by the Zambezi River, which drops over a 100-meter-high cliff, creating a spectacular cascade of water and mist. The spray from the falls can be seen from miles away, and during the rainy season, the flow of water is so strong that it creates a deafening roar.
Visitors to the falls can enjoy a variety of activities, including hiking along the falls' edge, taking a scenic helicopter ride, or even swimming in a natural pool at the top of the falls called Devil's Pool. Victoria Falls is a must-see destination for nature lovers and adventure seekers alike.
